Who these terms apply to

These terms are between you and RYU Advisory & Media, LLC (“RYU”). They cover the marketing site, the Readiness Assessment platform, and the free digital edition of the book The Earned AI Autonomy Roadmap.

The assessment is a diagnostic, not professional advice

The Readiness Assessment is a strategic diagnostic instrument. It is designed to help organizations understand where they are ready to scale AI responsibly and where investment is required first. Its results are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Decisions about your organization’s AI strategy remain entirely your responsibility. When those decisions have material consequence, consult qualified counsel appropriate to the domain.

Not an individual performance evaluation

The assessment must not be used to evaluate the performance of any individual employee, manager, or team member. It measures organizational readiness at the group and dimension level, and the platform enforces a five-response minimum before any report unlocks. Using the instrument as an individual evaluation violates these terms and the spirit of the instrument itself.

Your account and your organization’s data

If you create an admin account to deploy an assessment, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that occurs under your account. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization for the scope of the assessment you configure.

You may not attempt to identify individual respondents, exceed the rate limits we set, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in a way that harms other organizations operating on it.

The book

The paperback and Kindle editions of The Earned AI Autonomy Roadmap are sold by Amazon under their terms of sale. The free digital edition, when it is available, is offered by RYU as an executive gift. The download link is single-use and is subject to the retention and consent rules described in our privacy policy. You may share thoughts about the book widely; please do not redistribute the PDF file itself. Point colleagues to this site so they can request their own copy.

Intellectual property

The book text, the framework, the readiness instrument, and the site are the intellectual property of RYU Advisory & Media, LLC. Brief quotations for review, teaching, or commentary are welcome under fair use. Please cite the source. Requests for larger uses can be sent via the contact page.

Availability, changes, and disclaimers

We try to keep the site up, current, and correct. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features on reasonable notice. The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, RYU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where RYU is organized. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
